Our work focuses on helping clients find clarity, empowerment, and reconnection—not only with themselves but also with their partners, families, and support systems. Individuals may be facing anxiety, depression, postpartum transitions, grief, or career burnout, and they come seeking tools to restore balance, confidence, and meaning in their lives.

Couples

Therapy provides a safe, supportive, and structured space for partners to reconnect, strengthen their bond, and improve communication. The Counselor behind Apricity Horizons

Hi, I’m Mary-Eliza Gray. I see therapy as mental maintenance—a space to care for your well-being, grow, and navigate life’s challenges—not because something is wrong, but because you deserve support and clarity. I work with individuals and couples to help them live authentically and with self-compassion. I integrate evidence-based approaches—such as client centered cognitive-behavioral strategies and Gottman Method Couples Therapy—to support each client and partnership’s unique path toward healing, growth, and stronger connection.

 

I foster a person-centered environment where clients can find their voice, navigate challenges with clarity and confidence, and deepen meaningful connections—with themselves and those they love.
